Thomas J. Biskobing is a partner of the firm. He joined the California State Bar in 1995 after graduating from San Francisco Law School. Tom graduated from the University of Wisconsin and went on to attend San Francisco Law School while working full-time as a workers' compensation claims examiner for ESIS. Tom is a member of the employment litigation practice group and his practice specializes in workers' compensation law, exclusively in the representation of insurers and employers. He also defends employers in 132a and S&W actions. He works closely with employers and insurers in the defense of their cases. As a former claims examiner, Tom understands the importance of quick resolutions of
workers' compensation cases. He has worked with employers in developing reporting procedures and relationships with company physicians. In addition, he defends employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, leave, and wage and hour claims.
